CentumX is deployed consistently across all Coral Leisure Centres as a unified application, with its functions and features responding uniformly. Therefore, any issues observed cannot be isolated to a specific centre but are typically a result of setup configurations and data input.

For the Venue of the PAYG pool, more than 10 simultaneous bookings will appear in a single tile. If you choose batch booking in POOL and specify the number of lanes, it will allocate the specified number of lanes.

The scanner can be set to press Enter after each code scan, and you can find instructions in the scanner manual. For now, after scanning, press ENTER or click the search icon to view the complete customer details and membership package.

Certainly,  we can disable any service not needed for customer web view and the mobile app.  Providing a valid reason for such requests is given to avoid repetition.

It’s crucial to emphasise that the DOB is used across various applications to calculate the age of individuals, both for administrative and customer-related purposes. It is mandatory inclusion ensures accuracy in age representation, especially where age-specific information is displayed. If we were to remove the DOB, it would inevitably lead to errors in age-related calculations and displays.

When you click on any available time or PAYG tile it opens a popup, in that popup there are two options 1. New Booking 2. History  so when you click on history it shows you the list of persons with occupant booked for that time and date. check the screenshot for more information and clarity.

The POS Billing date is in 13-10-2023 that’s why it shows that date there. You are supposed to close the POS end of day everyday after closing the day. It shifts the billing date to the next date and also shows you a summary of today’s billing by each payment method. Same you can do by clicking the button “Close Billing” in the POS screen just below the Retail button. currently the POS date is too old so you can change that date to the current date from Application Settings -> POS Billing Date. Note : This setting option is not to be used regularly, Close Billing option is the standard practice in any POS billing software so use that regularly.

It doesn’t stop there; in the dropdown, you can choose more than one option. Tapping a customer selects only that one. After making selections, click anywhere outside to close the list. Closing after the first selection wouldn’t work for choosing two people. This is the standard for multi-select.

Single-user login can be used on a system at a time; it seems you’re running the application on two computers but with the same user login details.

Certainly, you have the option to generate an additional user with distinct login credentials.

Stock Required option is allowed to set only when adding product not in edit. In your case you can delete products and create them again with Stock Required = No.

In the class and membership settings, you can choose whether to display an option in the customer view by selecting either “YES” or “NO”.

This means that the  link has expired, resulting in an invalid token. Please regenerate the link and use the most recent one.

  1. For PAYG there are two options for billing:

Option 1 – In Service Setup, In PAYG section you can create all services like Gym or anything except classes and PT then follow the same steps as suggested for classes. In this billing will be done from Book Now Section always by selecting suitable time from calendar.

Option 2 – In Settings You can create category with type of SERVICE, Then create New Product and select the same CATEGORY then select STOCK REQUIRED option as NO. After that it will List down in POS screen then you can bill it. 

Note : If you have already created Item with STOCK REQUIRED as YES it can not be edit to STOCK REQUIRED as NO so you can delete those old items and create New one.

Please be informed that the Coral mobile apps are currently limited to the Ireland app store. 

For your Spanish members to access the app, they can change their location setting to Ireland. Alternatively, customers can use the web version as it is not bound by geographical restrictions.

These customers were created by the front desk staff who have not yet logged into the customer app. Once they log in, their status will be changed to active.

There are no direct sales through the website widget. The widget redirects users to the mobile app, which is linked to the Stripe payment gateway for processing payments.

The discount option has been disabled as we have now enabled the gift voucher payment mode. To use it, simply click on the “Gift Voucher” button, enter the voucher code, specify the amount to be deducted from the voucher, and then click “Submit.”

If you need to change the price, it can only be done by an admin. When logged in as an admin, you will see an “Edit” button on the items in the cart. Using this option, you can apply the discount as needed.
